Framework for Tip Regulation and Payment Queries:

1. Utilization of Tips and Extra Payments:

   • All tips or additional payments received through Bhardwaj Live Group are not distributed to musicians performing at the same event. Instead, these funds are allocated to:

     • Marketing and Client Acquisition: Ensuring we continue to reach clients and secure events.

     • Future Event Funding: Supporting the costs of complimentary or lower-budget gigs, which allow us to share our music with a wider audience.

2. Supporting Lower-Budget or Free Events:

   • At times, we perform at lower-budget events or complementary gigs, where the revenue might not cover expenses like travel, equipment, or administrative costs. The tips collected help bridge this gap, allowing us to maintain our commitment to quality without compromising on service.

3. Managing Operational Challenges:

   • At times, the artist may feel the need to extend the performance by a few hours to enhance the flow of the event and provide the best possible experience for the client. These extensions are often spontaneous and not pre-discussed with the client. In such cases, clients are neither asked to pay additional compensation nor is it demanded. Instead of placing a financial burden on either party, tips are graciously accepted and used to create a balance. This approach helps manage such situations smoothly and ensures a seamless event experience.

   • In cases where clients withhold payments, Bhardwaj Live often steps in to cover the losses, ensuring the musicians are fairly compensated. Tips play a critical role in balancing such unforeseen financial setbacks.

4. Sustainability and Growth:

   • Tips contribute to covering overheads like logistics, technical setups, and staff expenses, enabling us to organize and execute successful events consistently.

   • Profits from tips are also reinvested in enhancing our event offerings, artist development, and overall client experience.

5. Why Tips Are Not Shared with Musicians for the Same Event:

   • Musicians performing at a particular show are already compensated as per agreed contracts and rates. Sharing tips with them for the same event could create disparities or expectations that may not align with the long-term sustainability of our services.

   • Instead, tips are pooled to support the broader needs of the organization, ensuring that all musicians and staff benefit equitably across various events.
